Job and storage limits are soft limits — we'll warn you at 85% usage and show an upgrade prompt at 100%. We won't hard-block work in progress. User count limits are hard limits: you can't invite a user beyond your tier's cap. Upgrade at any time to unlock more.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?: No. The Solo contractor plan is free forever with no payment details required.
What happens when I hit my job limit?: We'll show a warning at 85% and a prompt at 100%. You can finish work already started. At the next billing cycle, new job creation is paused until you upgrade.
Can my clients use FMan for free?: Yes. When you send a workspace link invitation to your client, they can sign up and use the business side of FMan. They'll need a business plan to unlock full features, but they can accept the link and view shared jobs at no cost initially.
Can I switch plans at any time?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing month.
Is there an annual billing option?: Annual billing with a discount is available for Business Pro and Enterprise plans. Contact us to arrange.
What is a workspace link?: A workspace link connects your contractor workspace to a client's business workspace. Jobs, reports, and invoices flow between both sides automatically. The Solo plan includes 1 link; paid plans include more.
